Victory Youth* are getting together for interstellar snow tubing at Powder Ridge Mountain Park and Resort** on Friday, January 27th from 6p-8:30p. The cost to attend is $38. If you invite a friend, they can attend for free! Youth should also bring money for food from the Powder Ridge cafeteria.
